Transitioning to a new country as an international student or expat can be overwhelming. Standard tourist guides miss the real operational realities, and official administrative portals are often fragmented.

To bridge this gap, I designed and built 'Settler'. An immersive, high-contrast Bento-style relocation dashboard tailored for Indonesian students and expat diasporas moving to Utrecht (Netherlands) and Paris (France).

It’s a comprehensive, real-time interactive roadmap engineered to streamline every side of relocation into distinct, dynamic Bento blocks:

1. ????️ Dual-Hub Chapter Matrix: Toggle seamlessly between Utrecht (Orange theme) and Paris (Royal Blue theme) with unified asset configurations.

2. ???? Step-by-Step Bureaucracy Checklists: Interactive timelines for tracking essential milestones (BSN & DigiD in Utrecht; CAF Rent Subsidies & VLS-TS Visas in Paris).

3. ???? Utrecht Bike Frame Calculator: Calculates Dutch frame dimensions and saddle specifications based on ergonomic height metrics.

4. ???? Sworn Translation Cost Estimator: Instantly models sworn, official registration costs with court-certified Traducteurs Assermentés in Paris.

5. ???? Cheap Eats & Faith Anchors: Verified lists of affordable Halal spaces, budget Asian grocers (Toko Bandung & Tang Frères), and a student cheap-eats directory keeping lunches under €10.

6. ???? Student Euro-Pass: Interactive student budgeting visualizer sliders, transit network guidebooks (NS Flex vs. Navigo Imagine R), and library study spot finders.

7. ⛈️ Simulated Precipitation Radar: A custom rainfall simulator modeled on Buienradar and Météo-France algorithms with hourly precipitation forecasts to suggest whether to cycle, walk, or board the metro.

8. ????️ Survival Vocabulary Hub: Custom-styled flipping glossaries paired with an active, scenario-based Expat Readiness Quiz.

9. ???? Expat Buddy "Kak Budi" Chatbot: A localized AI mentor providing practical community tips on food, administrative steps, and transit.
